This is the hardware needed to retrofit one of the original rat proof feeders into a waterproof version. Not a lot to it, two 1/4" hex nuts and two #8 x 3/4" sheet metal screws, you are mostly paying for the shipping via U.S. Mail.
There is a video in the picture section showing how to drill out the rivets and replace them with the screws and hex nuts for spacing the lower front panel backwards so water drips off to the ground.
Takes a couple of minutes to drill out the rivets and complete the retrofit. Use a small 1/8" bit to drill right through the middle of the pop rivet to push the pop rivet shank out the back, then use a 1/4" drill bit to remove the outer flange of the pop rivet. The back part of the rivet doesn't need removed, just the front flange, the sheet metal screw will thread right into the rivet and push it back out of the way. Be sure and remove any pop rivet scrap from inside the feeder when you are done.
